Dr Jameel Abualenain

The Chairman of the Department of Emergency Medicine, Consultant Emergency Physician, and an Assistant Professor of Emergency Medicine at King Abdulaziz University Hospital (KAUH), Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. He is The Director of the Quality and Accreditation unit in The Clinical Skills & Simulation Center, as well as The deputy chairman of the CPR Committee at KAUH. Dr Abualenain is an American board-certified in emergency medicine, Fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians, and Fellow of the American Academy of Emergency Medicine. He is Certified Healthcare Simulation Educator by the Society of Simulation in Healthcare, USA. Dr Abualenain continues to be an Assistant Professor of Emergency Medicine at The George Washington University where he did his residency & fellowship training. He did fellowships in Simulation & Medical Education, and Emergency care operations, health policy and research. He also completed a Master Teacher, Leadership, and Development graduate certificate, as well as Masters of Public Health in Management at The George Washington University, USA. He completed his medical degree (MBBS) and Internship from King Abdulaziz University in 2004-5. Dr Abualenain received multiple awards for his work and research. He authored & co -authored multiple peer-reviewed publications and books in the academic literature and has presented at multiple emergency medicine and simulation conferences nationally and internationally.
